In 1974, retired U.S. Air Force veteran and Hill Country native Billy Stevens set out to serve his hometown of Boerne, TX the best way he knew how — by rolling up his sleeves and fixing pipes. With a Master Plumbing License, a small home office, and a single-cab pickup, Billy and his wife, Sheila, built Hill Country Plumbing, Inc. from the ground up on grit, honesty, and old-fashioned craftsmanship.
